Job Description
The Financial Data Analyst at Finresolve Services will be responsible for analyzing client financial data, reviewing case details, and supporting debt settlement and financial consultation processes. The role involves working closely with internal teams to evaluate financial documents, prepare reports, track case progress, and provide data-driven insights that help clients achieve better financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client financial statements, loan details, and repayment records
- Prepare reports and financial summaries for ongoing client cases
- Support debt settlement and financial consultation processes through data analysis
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and client servicing teams
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation
- Track client case progress and update internal systems regularly
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
- Assist management with operational and financial performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good knowledge of financial documents and banking processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently
- Experience in financial consulting, loan processing, or case handling is preferred
